Foot care nurses are trained to provide specialized care for individuals with diabetes, as diabetes can lead to foot complications. We conduct a full assessment of the lower extremities, provide education on diabetic foot care, and offer preventive treatments to minimize the risk of foot ulcers and other issues. Referrals and collaboration with other specialists when foot conditions require further assessment or treatment.
